When using the chain type spare tire fastener, ensure that the chain connection is firm and reliable to avoid loosening or breaking.
Regularly check the working state of the locking mechanism to ensure that it can effectively lock the chain or lifting drive when required.
When replacing the spare tire or performing vehicle maintenance, the chain-type spare tire fastener should be operated correctly in accordance with the operating instructions to avoid damage to the equipment or cause safety hazards.

Chain: As the main component of transmission and connection, one end of the chain is fixed at a fixed point (such as a part of the vehicle chassis), and the other end is connected to the spare tire or spare tire carrier.
Lifting drive: Some chain-type spare tire fasteners are also equipped with a lifting drive, which drives the lifting of the spare tire carrier through the chain to realize the fixing and release of the spare tire. The lifting drive may include a motor, a gear, a worm gear and other mechanical structures.
Tray plate: The spare tire tray plate is used to carry the spare tire and is connected to the lifting drive or fixed point through a chain. When the spare tire needs to be fixed, the pallet will be pulled up to a certain position by the chain, so that the spare tire and the vehicle chassis or spare tire beam are in close contact.
Locking mechanism: In order to ensure that the spare tire will not loosen or fall off during driving, the chain-type spare tire fastener is usually equipped with a locking mechanism. This mechanism locks the chain or lift drive after the spare wheel is secured in place to prevent it from unintentionally loosening.

The power steering oil tank plays a vital role in the automotive power steering system, and its main functions can be summarized as follows:
Oil storage: The main function of the power steering oil tank is to store power steering oil, which is the basis for the normal operation of the power steering system. The power steering oil plays a role in transferring energy, reducing friction and wear in the system.
Filter oil: In addition to the storage function, the power steering oil tank also has a filtering function. It helps to filter out impurities and particles in the oil, maintain the cleanliness of the oil, and extend the service life of the various components of the steering system.
Cooling oil: During the operation of the power steering system, the oil will generate heat due to friction and transmission. Through its design structure, the power steering oil tank helps to dissipate heat and cool the oil, ensuring that the system can operate at a suitable temperature, and avoiding malfunctions caused by high oil temperature.
Maintain the liquid level: The power steering oil tank is marked with a liquid level indicator. The driver or maintenance personnel can judge whether the power steering oil needs to be added or replaced by observing the liquid level. Low fluid levels may cause air to penetrate into the system, affecting the smoothness and safety of the steering.
Ensure the stable operation of the system: The power steering oil tank jointly maintains the stable operation of the power steering system through the above effects. It ensures that the system has sufficient, clean, and temperature-appropriate oil supply, thereby ensuring the flexibility and accuracy of vehicle steering.

Not only widely used in HVAC systems, but also in other industrial equipment has been widely used, such as central air conditioning, boilers, water heaters, frequency conversion, constant pressure water supply and other equipment.

When the water temperature in the system rises, the volume of water will increase due to the thermal expansion and contraction of water. At this time, the expansion tank will accommodate this part of the expansion of water, thereby reducing the system due to the expansion of water caused by the water pressure fluctuations.
When the system leaks or the system cools down for some reason, the water level of the expansion tank will drop. At this time, it can replenish water for the system and maintain the stable operation of the system.
